President Andrzej Duda launches trade office in Sydney
On August 21st Poland's President Andrzej Duda launched the Foreign Trade Office in Sydney. "This is our 50th representation worldwide. Opening the office in Sydney was the final step of the economic diplomacy transformation" - said Tomasz Pisula, President at the Polish Investment & Trade Agency (PAIH).
Lemar's first delivery to Hungary
Polish producer of roofing materials Lemar has just launched its first delivery to Hungary. The company's foreign expansion has been supported by the Polish Investment & Trade Agency.
Polish quantum software producer enters North America
Poland's Bohr Technology produces software and creates algorithms for quantum computers. The startup was launched in 2017. This summer, it has joined the Creative Destruction Lab acceleration programme in Toronto. PAIH supports Bohr in attracting new customers in North America.
fDi Intelligence: Poland ranks top for FDI by job creation
Last year, Poland attracted greenfield investments with the largest number of jobs in Europe. It was also in the top five most attractive directions of FDI inflow in terms of the number of projects. The European capital with the second largest employment was Warsaw.

PAIH helped to buy new van for blind kids in Rwanda?
In late July we had a great honour to complete an extraordinary project. We handed over a brand new car for blind kids taken care of by Polish Franciscan Sisters in Rwanda. It couldn’t be possible without a joint effort of amazing Polish companies, such as URSUS S.A., Pietrucha Group, Toyota Radość and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
