The publication partly sponsored by the European Union from the resources of European Social Fund within the framework of the system project "The Development of Human Resources through the Promotion of Knowledge, Transfer and Dissemination of Innovations" (Operational Program, "Human Capital", activity 2.1.3).
Technological park's benchmarking was ordered by Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and realized by Consortium F5 Konsulting Sp. z o.o. and Polish Chamber of Commercce for High Technologies.

Report “Growth zones? Special Economic Zones - entrepreneur’s view” is a commentary on a survey conducted among entrepreneurs running business in Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Pooland. The surveyed were asked to evaluate new regulations introduced in the 2008 amendment to the Act on Polish SEZ and the proposed changes concerning acts on tax law.” The document was prepared by Deloitte’s team for Special Economic Zones.
