The attitude towards employment forecast for the beginning of 2015 is related to the size of each company. Big and medium ones reported the highest optimism ( +11%) while those described as micro enterprises are rather more conservative (the increase of optimism by 4%). The lowest rate was noted among small-sized companies where the level of optimists and pessimists was equal.
