INDUSTRIAL PARK IN SOLEC KUJAWSKI

Solec Kujawski is a town and commune of 16 thousand inhabitants, located on the left bank of Vistula, 20 km away from Bydgoszcz and Bydgoszcz airport, and 35 km away from Torun.

Industrial Park:

• I stage of the investment was executed using the EU funds „PHARE 2001”.
  
• currently the II stage is being executed

I stage of creating the Industrial Park was executed on the area of 36.6 ha and was “filled” with investors by the end of 2006. Those investors could count on:

• 50% property tax relief for 5 years
  
• exemption from payments for land lease for 10 years
  
• assistance in arranging formal and legal issues.

I stage of the industrial park

Currently in progress are works on the II stage, which will be created on the area of 31.0 ha and will form an integral part of the already existing Industrial Park. The land development plan has already been passed for the whole area. By the end of 2009 a technical design will be prepared, and works related to construction of the complete infrastructure will be successively executed, starting in 2010. Thus already in 2010 potential investors will be able to realise their investments there.

Industrial park expansion

Localisation - The Industrial Park in Solec Kujawski is located directly by the national road S-10 (Szczecin - Warszawa). On the North it is bordered by the railway track Piła - Bydgoszcz - Toruń - Warszawa. Favourable connections to the largest cities in the voivodeship facilitate inhabitants’ access to administrative and local government offices at the voivodeship or district level, as well as commuting.     

Park’s offer:

• extension of the industrial park (II stage) is on the list of indicative programmes of the Regional Operating Programme of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship for the years 2007 – 2013 and there are guaranteed resources for its realisation,
  
• the grounds are owned by the commune,
  
• a complete technical infrastructure: water supply system, sanitary and drainage system, sewage system, medium pressure gas line, communication network, MV and LV power supply, roads together with pavements and lighting,
  
• it is a flat ground of good geological parameters,
  
• located in the area of strong social and spatial urbanisation, in the area of influence of Bydgoszcz and Torun,
  
• vicinity of transport routes of national importance, both roads and railway tracks,
  
• with advantageous logistic solutions, developed transport and shipment in the industrial park,
  
• the owner of the grounds, that is Solec Kujawski Town and Commune, has many years of experience in professional servicing for investors,
  
• in the area of the Industrial Park, in the Business Incubator, operates the Regional Enterprise Centre, providing trainings, skills improvement courses, counselling on obtaining EU funds, to the companies operating in the Park,
  
• in the Park operate companies serving business development.

In the Industrial Park also the Business Incubator was built. It is a building of 5000 m², equipped with all consumables required for business activities, where 24 companies operate, including:

Furthermore, the companies provide services including: servicing of work clothes, physical protection of persons and property, cleaning services, production of plastics, gastronomic services, childminding.
