Pulawy Production Park

 

In 2003 Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A., in cooperation with the Pulawy Municipality, launched the initiative for creating the Pulawy Production Park.

Today 700 ha of Pulawy Production Park is  divided for four competence areas:

  1. Pulawy Production Park (PPP) - 570 ha being in Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A. competence.

  2. Subzone of Special Economic Zone “Starachowice” S.A. (99 ha) located on the PPP - governed by board of  SEZ “Starachowice” S.A. and Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A.
  3. Pulawy Production Park (PPP) - 130 ha being in Pulawy Municipality competence.
  4. Pulawy Research and Technological Park - located within the PPP  being in Pulawy Municipality and Pulawy Scientific Institutes competence.

Why Pulawy Production Park ?

Technical and industrial development

The Pulawy Production Park has the second largest railway siding in Poland (after PKN Orlen), measuring 57 km in length.

The total amount of loads transported to and from Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A. by rail is 2 million tones annually. The Company has one entrance gate with railway scales. The Pulawy Production Park has a network of roads, providing easy access to individual production plants, and four road entrance gates, one of which is equipped with 50 t and 60 t scales.

There is also a lorry park near the gate. In 2008, a new bridge over the Vistula River has been opened. In addition, construction of the Pulawy city bypass road, adjacent to the Park, is underway.

Technical Infrastructure and Transport

Park is fully equipped to serve the investors on it’s territory. What we offer:

According to Pulawy Production Park development we wish to dedicate it’s area for investment in first:

On the base of Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A. products such as melamine, caprolactam, hydrogen peroxide, for processing  entrepreneurs. Those products could have implementation in wood (laminates, reisins, glues), automotive industry (varnishes), textile and paper industries, electrical engineering, anti-inflammatories and others.
