Measure 4.5 IE OP Support for investment of considerable importance to the economy

4.5.1. Support for investment in the production sector

4.5.2. Support for investment in the modern services sector

Institution responsible for acceptance and evaluation of project applications : Ministry of Economy

Beneficiary:

4.5.1 - enterprises,
4.5.2 - enterprises (investitions of Micro-, Small- and Middle-sized enterprises).

Supported projects:

Criteria:

Under Sub-measure 4.5.1: eligible expenditure of no less than PLN 160 million, and net increase in jobs of no less than 150 persons.
Under Sub-measure 4.5.2.: net increase in jobs of no less than 100 persons (for R&D centres: 10 persons).

Amount of support:

For Sub-measure 4.5.1. the support accounts 30% of eligible expenditures.
For Sub-measure 4.5.2. the support accounts 30% of eligible expenditures (with exclusion of R&D projects).
For R&D projects realized under Sub-measure 4.5.2.:
- for the investment part of project: according to Map of Regional, Aid i.e. maximum amount of support - 70% of eligible expenditures,
- for the training part of project: PLN 1 million (45% of the total value of eligible expenditures of the training part of the project for small enterprises, 35% for medium enterprises and 25% for other enterprises),
- for consultancy part of the project: PLN 600 thousand (50% of the total value of eligible expenditures of the consultancy part)

Minimum amount of the project: for sub-measure 4.5.1 - PLN 160 mln, not applicable for the sub-measure 4.5.2.
