The rise of SEZ
During the "Investing in Poland 2014" conference, participants agreed that great changes are coming in Polish investment landscape. The event has been organized by Warsaw Business Journal under the patronage of PAIiIZ.

Participants agreed that the Polish investment potential will be growing. However, according to them, the changes are inevitable. A major challenge will be a matter of decreasing public aid due to perspective of lack of European funds. That is why special economic zones, which activity was extended to 2026, will play a key role in attracting foreign capital. The strength of zones is their industry specialization. For instance, Łódź SEZ produces household goods and Katowice SEZ attracts mainly investors from automotive branch. (PAIiIZ)
