Hungary is hungry for Polish food

Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) supported three national food producers: Sonko, Bezgluten and Magic Brands in the Hungarian market. “We are proud of the ‘made in Poland’ label and we have been working for making it more recognisable. That’s why we strongly support foreign expansion of high quality Polish brands in the world, including Hungary,” Tomasz Pisula, CEO, PAIH, stresses.

Sonko, Poland-based healthy food producer, is to come back to the Hungarian market after a few years thanks to PAIH – We have helped the company to find a trustworthy distributor. As far as I am concerned, the partners have already completed a major order – Marcin Karaskiewicz, head of the PAIH Budapest trade office says. According to him, the Sonko products will be promoted at HerbaHaz supermarkets, including both an outdoor and an e-marketing campaigns.

From the promotional action at HerbaHaz, will also benefit gluten-free food producer Bezgluten which has been operating in Hungary for a while. Poland’s Magic Brands, on the other hand, has been introduced to the Hungarian market due to the Budapest office, and consequently their juices will be available at Auchan and Metro stores.
