Be³chatów is the partner of PAIH

Be³chatów join the partner cities of Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). On 5th March the vice president of PAIH dr Krzysztof Senger and Mayor of Be³chatów Mrs. Mariola Czechowska, signed an agreement on mutual cooperation, which will bring new investors to the city.

The cooperation established between PAIH and Be³chatów is focused on the city's economic promotion and increasing its chances of acquiring new investment projects. In terms of agreement there will be a cooperate work which focus on professional preparation of city to acquire and supporting of foreign investors. PAIH is going to train Be³chatów representatives about how to effectively prepare an investment offers, collect and provide economic information, as well as create and manage databases on the city’s economy.

Be³chatów is the 59th Presidential city, with which the Polish Investment and Trade Agency signed an agreement. PAIH also cooperates with the Agency for Wroc³aw Agglomeration Development Agency and Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency.

Be³chatów is located in the centre of Poland near the important communication routes, close to the airports, which makes it an attractive partner for development of logistic, as well as service and production projects. Traditionally associated with energy sector, today city is becoming a place of development of technologically advanced production. Be³chatów develops competences in the electronic area, thanks to attracting an Asian investor from this sector. In the city there is also a technical school with the specialization of mechatronics, as well as the Practical Training Center, ready to educate in a chosen direction together with the investor, within the patronage classes.

Be³chatów is a young city, as many as 86 % of the population are people in the pre- and production age. The £ód¼ Special Economic Zone operates in the city, and the region is characterized by the lack of threats caused by the natural disasters. (PAIH/Be³chatów)
