PAIH is the national coordinator of the China International Import Expo in Shanghai
In autumn 2018, the PRC government will organize the first ever trade fair dedicated to import cooperation - China International Import Expo. As the Polish national coordinator of the expo is PAIH, we would like to invite Polish entrepreneurs to participate in that special event. Information about the expo was provided during the PAIH seminar dedicated to exports to China, by Liu Ljiuan, Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Warsaw.
China International Import Expo will be held from 5 to 10 November. The hosts of the event will be the Chinese Ministry of Trade and the Shanghai authorities. The event was supported by the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
The fair was announced by the President of China - Xi Jinping, as the Beijing government considers it an important step towards the liberalization of trade. The organizers guarantee the presence of sales agents, distributors and representatives of purchasing networks. The business mission will be chaired by a representative of the Polish government.
- The Chinese market has changed significantly over the years and the demand for high quality products from Europe, also from Poland has increased. PAIH intensifies efforts to increase the volume of Polish exports to China. We are pleased that the Beijing government has decided to organize the first ever import exhibition. I am convinced that our office in Shanghai will help in the coordination of activities - emphasizes PAIH President of the Board, Tomasz Pisula.
