European Retail Congress - Polish nationalwide retail industry event, organized under the patronage of PAIH and Polish Chamber of Trade

The conference will also feature, among others, Grzegorz Furtak - expert on pricing, founder of pricingLAB; prof. dr hab. Grzegorz Karasiewicz - director of the department of marketing of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw; and Monika Dąbrowska - President of the Board of the Polish Franchise Organization.

It is the first edition of this unique conference, gathering the most outstanding personas from the world of science and a group of dynamic managers operating not only in Poland, but also on the most important foreign markets. In the face of technological progress, we need to ask ourselves how the transformation of the sector will affect operational efficiency, the job market, the development of e-commerce, mobile payments, the retail industry, and the management of trade networks.
