Based on art. 86 of Public Procurement Law of 29th January 2004, the Contracting Authority informs that in the public procurement procedure under Article 138o of the aforementioned law - order for social services and other special services with a value lower than the zloty equivalent of the amount of EUR 750,000 named: „Provision of legal services for the Polish Investment and Trade Agency JSC relating to an amendment to the terms and conditions of a long-term leasehold agreement for the property located at 34 Portland Place and 73 New Cavendish Street in London, United Kingdom”, the following offers have been submitted:
