Annulment procedure for Provision of legal services in matters of legal representation in administrative proceedings in London
Based on art. 9 sec. 16 subsec. 1 of the Principles of awarding public contracts of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and based on Chapter XI sec. 1 of the Contract Notice, the Contracting Authority informs that it has annulled the public procurement procedure under Article 138o of the Public Procurement Law of 29th January 2004 (Journal of law 2015 item 2164 - as amended) - order for social services and other special services with a value lower than the zloty equivalent of the amount of EUR 750 000 named „Provision of legal services for the Polish Investment and Trade Agency JSC in matters of legal representation in administrative proceedings before competent local authorities for obtaining a planning permission for the change of use of the property located in London, United Kingdom, at 34 Portland Place and 73 New Cavendish Street.”, because the most advantageous offer exceeds the Contracting Authority’s budget dedicated to the contract.
