9th European Economic Congress. PAIH partnering the event
Between 10-12 May Katowice will hold the 9th European Economic Congress. During a three-day event, one hundred panel discussions featured several hundred panellists will be held in Congress Centre in Katowice. PAIH is the partner of the 9th The Congress
Congress will bring together Polish and European politicians and experts, and, above all, representatives of the world of business from Europe and across the world.
Each year, the European focus of the Congress is enriched with a global context brought in by participants from other continents, allowing the list of international debates and meetings to expand. This year expert will discuss the new concepts that will shape the future of Europe after Brexit. They will also try to forecast the possible exit scenarios for other countries. Also the Industry 4.0 is on the agenda of the EEC in Katowice. The Congress formula include events devoted to young entrepreneurship and innovative start-ups. For the second time the European Start-up Days will be arranged under the European Economic Forum.
Polish Investment and Trade Agency is the official partner of the ECC in Katowice and the co-organiser of events taking place during the three-day event. Those are:
- Europe - China Economic Cooperation Forum. Finances, investment, industry
- Europe - China Economic Cooperation Forum. The New Silk Road.
Representatives of the Agency will also take part in panel discussion entitled:
- Polish investments around the world – ambitions and outcomes;
- Economic diplomacy - a new opening?
- The future of the BPO/SSC sector in Poland and Europe;
- The 4th Africa - Central Europe Economic Co-operation Forum.
