The automotive sector is one of the largest industry sectors in Poland. Poland is a leading CEE market for passenger and commercial cars manufactures and suppliers. The main factors attracting investments in automotive industry are: great geographical location, investment incentives, extensive suppliers network, skilled and cost-effective workforce, flexible policy regulations and great economic perspectives. Other advantages of Polish automotive sector are: flexible approach of workers and trade unions, high specialization of Polish industry, long industrial traditions with automotive history dated 1920s, the biggest in CEE, dynamic and perspective domestic market.

OUR ADVANTAGES
ECONOMY - Our stable economy with great perspectives for economic growth is one of the reasons to invest. According to the latest European Commission’s forecast, Poland has one of the fastest growing economies in Europe. Poland is also a very business-friendly location, therefore it is very attractive for future investment projects.
SUPPLIERS - Polish automotive suppliers can offer a wide range of car body parts, transmission powertrains, underbody and mechanical engine parts. With great number of more than 700 suppliers, Poland has the top CEE suppliers network. There are more than 340 suppliers with foreign capital, 380 with domestic capital and more than 60 companies with turnover over EUR 10 Mn each. Over 320 suppliers have ISO/TS 16949 certificate.
WORKFORCE - Poland offers the most experienced labour workforce. The EU accession has accelerated technological progress and resulted in rapid productivity growth, therefore productivity of an employee has more than doubled within the last 6 years. The quality of our employees has been recognized by major car manufacturers from all over the world.
INCENTIVE SYSTEM - We are offering many forms of financial support. Foreign investors can count on various types of incentives, like: corporate income tax exemptions for operating within a Special Economic Zone, governmental aid for large investments projects, EUR 67 Bn cash support from the European Union funds, support for R&D activities as well as labor market instruments.
