Tarnobrzeg - Euro-Park Wisłosan

The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN was established in 1997 until 31st of December 2020. It is a dispersed Zone, located in 17 subzones with individual investment areas. The total area of the Zone amounts to 1,551.91 ha.

EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN consists of investment areas located in:

  • Tarnobrzeg (125,94 ha),
  • Stalowa Wola (239,55 ha),
  • Nowa Dęba (150,1 ha),
  • Jasło (58,8 ha),
  • Staszów (104,1 ha),
  • Radom (136,1 ha)
  • Wrocław - Kobierzyce (410,7 ha),
  • Przemyśl - (81,5 ha),
  • Janów Lubelski - (18,5 ha),
  • Siedlce - (60,35 ha),
  • Łuków (27,3 ha).
  • Tomaszów Lubelski (10,56 ha)
  • Węgrów (29,33 ha)
  • Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą (15,13 ha)
  • Kraśnik (23,48 ha)
  • Przasnysz (55,07 ha)
  • Horodło (5,3 ha)

Investment sites under patronage of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN.

At the moment TSEZ offers 500,22 ha of available „green field” land prepared for potential investors with several dozen production halls and office buildings. TSEZ offers investors public aid in the form of tax exemptions even covering up to 70% of total investment outlays. TSEZ regulations are in full compliance with the EU regulations and the Zone offers prices, which are the lowest in Poland and still are available for further negotiations.
