
Pomeranian Special Economic Zone was established on the basis of Cabinet resolution of 11 July 2001, resulting in the merger of two Special Economic Zones - in Tczew and Żarnowiec. The Zone will operate up until 31st of December 2020.
PSEZ is the owner of Gdansk Science and Technology Park and Baltic Industrial Park, which is being created on part of former Gdynia Shipyard grounds.
The PSEZ has an total area of 1,314.628 ha from which about 322.9 ha is still available for investors. The Zone is situated at 21 locations in four regions of the northern part of Poland. Our subzones are conveniently connected with international airports, seaports and highways.
