
On the grounds owned by Śrem commune earmarked for industry, there was established Śrem Investment Park - East and West Area. In 2006, eastern part was included to Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, which attracted Dutch, German and Polish capital. In 2008 the area of 10 ha was established Subzone II WSEZ where help amounting even 60% of the cost of investments is guaranteed. The commune Śrem offers other attractive investment lands, beside plots of Śrem Investment Park, as well.
Śrem offers excellent conditions for the development of business. One of the most important advantages of the town is its first-rate technical infrastructure. The town has a modern mechanical – biological sewage treatment plant and the network of sanitary and rain sewage systems is well developed throughout the agglomeration.
