Nickel Technology Park Poznań is a proposal for modern, venturesome and innovative companies. The park covers over 33 hectares of land intended for economic activation: rental of office space, commercial, service, production and warehousing activity.
It is an ideal place for running your business: 12 km away from the centre of Poznan, an academic centre and seat of the Poznań International Fair (Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie), 15 km from an international airport, in the direct vicinity of the planned ringroad around the Poznań agglomeration, on the transportation route going from east to west, with the railway route Paris - Moscow along.
ABOUT NICKEL TECHNOLOGY PARK POZNAŃ
Our strength lies in the use of the experience and achievements of our shareholders. The general contractor of the investment Przedsiębiorstwo Techniczno Budowlane Nickel Sp. z o o. supports us in the construction of most modern office and commercial space. We make use of the recognised PTB Nickel brand and its stable financial situation. The developer company Nickel Development Sp. z o.o. shares with us the experience in interior design, approach to customers and recognition of customers’ needs.
Our Customers are our potential. Technologically advanced companies which are the users of NTPP Park form a creative and innovative environment. INFRASTRUCTURE
The area has road and teletechnical infrastructure and is supplied with the following utilities:

Water: Sanitary sewage - disposed to sanitary sewage system belonging to Aquanet Sp. z o.o. Rainwater - disposed to the communal rainwater sewage system

INVESTMENTS
Nickel Technology Park Poznań is a modern complex with 9000 m2 of office space, 12 000 m2 of warehouse space and over 700 people employed. Two modern office blocks were designed in such a way as to give comfort to people working there. Focus rooms, conference rooms with their background allow for serving very large conferences, offices adjusted to the needs of Customers, a kindergarten and a bistro for Tenants - all this is made of high-quality materials which ensure comfort in work.
The nearest investment plans of NTPP involve the construction of a modern office, commercial and service centre with a supermarket and various service points, including restaurants and other catering points. The construction is to be completed in 2011.
Further development of NTPP Park will be mostly connected with the construction of successive facilities intended for economic as well as academic and scientific activity. We intend to invest both in standard office facilities and light production and highly specialised facilities, such as laboratories or modern server rooms.
OUR PROJECTS
The construction of Nickel Technology Park Poznań is co-financed by the European Union from the resources of the European Regional Development Fund, the subsidy amounts to over 21.6 million PLN. From the very beginnings, we have specialised in preparing applications for EU financial backing and in consulting concerning the procedures of obtaining EU funds.

BioContract - research project - Biodegradable silk bionanocomposites for target therapy and diagnosis of tumours.

High-power supercondenser for stationary and mobile applications - project in IBMER and NTPP consortium.

Kindergarten "Magic Park" - "Reducing inequality in the availability of pre-school education in rural areas through the establishment of the kindergarten MAGIC PARK and promotion of pre-school education.

Training for NTPP Tenants - "ERA OF CHANGES” - raising the qualifications of managers in the field of management, motivation and increasing companies’ efficiency.

Rental of modern office space, warehouse and production halls and conference halls. We have comfortable office and warehouse buildings and modern conference halls, including focus research halls. All our premises are characterised by high standard of finish and interior design.

Construction of universal facilities and facilities dedicated to individual needs. Within our activity, we offer the rental of dedicated facilities. We need about 18 months to construct a facility adjusted to your needs. Nickel Group realises the entire investment.
