Kielce Technology Park (KTP) is a multifunctional area of economic activity, which came into being for people involved in the future innovation and new technologies. KTP is perceived as an engine for economic development of the Świętokrzyski voivodship and represents the most advanced and comprehensive institutional activation form of the regional development in the direction of knowledge-based economy structures.
Kielce Technology Park helps the newly created and innovative companies achieve maturity and ability to function independently in the market. The staff of KTP provide expertise and experience as well as professional assistance adjusted to individual needs.
The companies located in the KTP will be provided with the competitive conditions for their development through a system of preferential rates to rent space, wide access to office services, as well as consulting and training services. An important element of the company incubation system will be a possibility of using the other infrastructure of KTP at a later stage of its development.

Status of SEZ
Kielce Technology Park has been preparing for being included in the Special Economic Zone ‘Starachowice’ (SEZ) in 2011, in order to create favourable conditions for the development of innovative businesses based on new technologies. Entrepreneurs operating in SEZ will be exempted from income tax under the terms of the provisions of the Income Tax. The entrepreneur can also take advantage of all incentives used by the state (SEZ), government (e.g., relief from property tax) and benefits associated with activities within a technology park.
Localisation

As the name suggests Kielce Technology Park is located in Kielce - the capital of the Świętokrzyski voivodship. Located in the heart of the Świętokrzyski Mountains, Kielce is the economic and tourist centre of the region. The city is also a construction area with long-term tradition, the tourist and cultural centre, as well as the place of geological peculiarities. In Kielce there are five nature reserves. Advantageous geographical location, transportation network and proximity to the largest agglomeration in the country makes it possible not only to invest capital safely, but also to relax actively. Bicycle paths, numerous ski lifts, horse riding centres, scenic hiking trails provide visitors with unforgettable experience. The city is also famous for an exhibition centre - Kielce Trade Fairs, which annually organizes approximately 30 branch exhibitions combined with scientific conferences and shows to provide an excellent opportunity for business networking. Kielce is friendly for businessmen. Many of them decided to invest their money here. Brokerage and consulting offices, dozens of banks and financial institutions, provide efficient advisory and financial services in the Świętokrzyski voivodship.
Kielce Technology Park is located in the northern industrial area of Kielce, near the second largest exhibition centre in Poland - Kielce Trade Fairs. The project has good connections to the planned express roads in the direction of Lodz, Warsaw and Lublin.

KPT infrastructure offers a comprehensive range both for newly emerging companies and businesses in the phase of market expansion. The Park includes:
Technology Incubator - a very modern office, service and laboratory space with access to training and conference facilities. The Incubator has a total surface of 4, 642.11 square meters together with parking for 80 cars and trucks. The Incubator is located in the renovated building with an area of 4,500 square meters, at ul. Olszewskiego 6 in Kielce.
The Incubator provides complex and professional services to companies operating on the basis of innovative technology solutions at every stage of their development: from idea to self-market expansion. Therefore, the offices are designed both for the start-up companies and companies providing their services in the field of modern technologies. All the modules located in Technology Incubator, with the exception of the open space modules where the equipment will belong to the tenant, will be fully finished and equipped with basic office furniture needed to start a business.
In addition to office space Technology Incubator has a Training - Conference Centre with social support. The Centre includes training rooms and conference rooms equipped with modern audio-video equipment, which allows for training and conferences in the form of spot or distance learning. The conference rooms are equipped with the booths for simultaneous translation. The Centre will provide services not only for entrepreneurs but also other institutions supporting the business.
One of the floors of the building will be used to Design Laboratories, which will in future implement a complex design support program in the region. LabDesign has to combine art with business, an ideal place for designers and entrepreneurs involved in the design industry.

Technology Centre
Technology Centre consists of:

Technology Centre provides an operation area for domestic and foreign enterprises based on their innovative technology to develop innovative products and services. The building has two storeys and 8 modules with the possibility of their independent functioning.

All modules of the production hall are equipped with the basic elements of technical infrastructure and media. Only a social room in the hall will be furnished in order to adjust the area to the basic standards.

Both zones are characterized by modern architecture, technical infrastructure and an interesting interior design. They are also equipped with the necessary media. In addition, investors will have free investment areas of approximately 6 hectares.
Companies located in the KTP will be provided with the competitive conditions of development through a system of preferential rates for rental space, wide access to reception and office services as well as consulting and training services provided by the staff of the Technology Park. An important element of the company 'incubation' system will be a possibility to use other objects which are in the possession of KTP at the later stage in their development.
