The Euro-Center Industrial Park is located in Katowice and Chełm Śląski, in The Śląskie (Silesian) Voivodeship. It  belongs to the group of the most industrialized regions in Poland and is known for dynamically developing economy. It is well located in a hub of European transport corridors. It possesses numerous natural resources that, among others, comprise: hard coal, zinc, lead deposits and natural gas beds. Human resources of metropolitan Katowice (a capital of The Śląskie Voivodeship) comprise about 4 milion residents and 37 universities. Favorable climate for investors provides it ranks first in the investment attractiveness rating. Their businesses run here inter alia: Sygnity, Comarch, DisplayLink, Mentor Graphics, Viessmann, FIAT, ING Group and Steria.

Sectoral profile

The Euro-Center Industrial Park is a technologically advanced complex of buildings containing offices, services and exhibition and convention areas . The park caters mainly to small and mid-sized enterprises from the energy efficient technologies sector, including the IT industry. Over 80 businesses with more than 1,000 employees in total are expected to establish their offices in the park.

An important part of the Euro-Center Industrial Park is the innovative building being a perfect example of cutting-edge technologies involving alternative sources of energy and energy savings in buildings. Thanks to the cooperation with Austria’s Weizer Energie - Innovations - Zentrum GmbH the resulting facility will consume a mere third of the energy. The rest will be provided from renewable energy sources. It is a unique solution in southern Poland.

Offer of the Park

Offices
The Euro-Center Industrial Park offers 17 thousand square metres of space to lease. Modern, air conditioned open-space facilities and other offices may be adapted to customers’ needs. It’s possible to design it itself or with the help from architect of the Park. There are ATMs and a restaurant at the Park, as well as on+site parking for about 1,000 vehicles and round+the+clock minotring.

Conference Room
Moreover the Euro-Center Industrial Park offers modern conference rooms for up to 180 persons (60+120).

Each of the room  is equipped with multimedia devices and permanent Internet connection. The significant asset of the offered spaces is the additional catering room for 140 persons. Apart from standard conference rooms, we offer also cozy apartments for minor business meetings or trade negotiations.

Exhibition rooms
The Euro-Center Industrial Park offers the exhibition areas as well. The offer is directed especially to the companies representing the sector of energy saving technologies who are interested in presenting their products and solutions.

Promotion
