Częstochowa Industrial Park is an area simulating the economic development of the north subregion of Silesia voivodship. It is managed by the Regional Development Agency in Częstochowa public Company, a commercial company with main shareholder being the Municipality of Częstochowa.
Location
Częstochowa Industrial Park has a very good access to the national road No. 1 (DK 1) connecting Warsaw and Łódź with Silesia and Małopolska regions. There is an international airport in Pyrzowice just 50km away from the Park and the Kraków-Balice airport -130km away and nearby there is an airport in Rudniki (15km away) which can operate charter flights.
Częstochowa Industrial Park consists in two premises:
Building at 43 Odlewników Street - with modern production places equipped with necessary infrastructure and social- office rooms with necessary connections. The building is intended for lease for businessmen who wish to run and develop their business in Częstochowa region.
The building has 4 halls of total floorage 5783,62 sq m.
Hall A - Production and storage premises: 2056,76 sq m.; social- office rooms: 416,04 sq m. The hall is equipped with a gantry with capacity up to 16 Mg.
Hall B - Production and storage premises: 719,55 sq m.; social- office rooms: 319,41 sq m.
Hall C - Production and storage premises: 730,09 sq m.; social- office rooms: 319,41 sq m.
Hall D - Production and storage premises: 728,33 sq m.; social- office rooms: 319,41 sq m.
Each hall provides the staff rooms, office premises and an independent entrance. All halls have electrical power connection, water supply pipe, sanitary sewage network, teletechnical and teleinformatical network, there are parking lots and places for maneuver around the building.
Building at 117/121 Wały Dwernickiego Street with production, commercial and office space destined to let. In the ground floor there are conference and show rooms hosting expositions and fairs.
