Brześć Kujawski

Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region

Brześć Kujawski is the communication heart of Poland - the place open for new technologies.  Area of 8.7395 ha owned by the municipality of Brześć Kujawski. The strategic assets include an excellent location of the investment area, conveniently situated by one of the most important transport routes- A1 motorway, the national route no. 62 and  no 1, an extensive network of local roads and voivodship road which results in fantastic development opportunities and limitless possibilities for investors.

Location in centre of Poland, in the south-eastern part of Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, near Włocławek (100.000 inhabitants), at a distance of 195 km from ports of Gdynia and Gdańsk and 165 km from international airport in Warsaw, and close to the most important big cities of the region, being the administrative centres of the area makes the investment grounds attractive to investors from Western and Eastern Europe.

The establishment of land development plan, preferential incentives for new investors and a number of conveniences in designing and investing, favourable climate and space for development create good conditions for growth of entrepreneurship and investments.

Bydgoszcz

Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region

KAPUŚCISKA DISTRICT

The described land for commercial development, occupying a total area of 43.8169 hectares, is covered by the local zoning plan, according to which it can be used as premises of production facilities, storage yards and warehouses. It is also allowed to admit accompanying services in the field of trade, catering, office and social functions related to the conducted activity. The soil meets the soil quality standards and soil ingredients for the group C, i.e. for industrial areas, transport areas and surface mining land in use. The area is located in the proximity of the main roads no. 80 and 10, in the immediate vicinity of Chemiczna, Nowokielecka, Mokra and Nowotoruńska Streets, with guaranteed access by asphalt township roads. Services such as sewage, water supply, storm water sewer, power, heat distribution and telecommunication utilities are located in the neighbouring streets.

CZERSKO-POLSKIE DISTRICT

The described land for commercial development, occupying a total area of 91.3897 hectares, is covered by the local zoning plan, according to which it can be used as premises of production facilities, storage yards and warehouses. It is also allowed to admit accompanying services in the field of trade, catering, office and social functions related to the conducted activity. The soil meets the soil quality standards and soil ingredients for the group C, i.e. for industrial areas, transport areas and surface mining land in use. The area is located in the proximity of the main roads no. 80 and 10, in the immediate vicinity of Chemiczna, Hutnicza, Energetyczna and Nowotoruńska Streets. Services such as sewage, water supply, storm water sewer, power, heat distribution and telecommunication utilities are located in the neighbouring streets. The following industrial plants operate in the vicinity of the area, Bydgoszcz Complex of Heat and Power Plants, Bydgoszcz Furniture Factory, “NITRO – CHEM” S.A. Chemical Plant, and the Bydgoszcz Park of Industry and Technology.

Czluchow (Kielpin)

Pomeranian Region

Communal area of 43 ha, situated by the county road, no. 2521G. According to the local spatial development plan, the area is intended for industrial activity, services or warehousing. All utility connections are located on the plot. Owing to the location of the land and the availability of transport means, the potential investor may attempt to hire staff from the area of Czluchow, as well as Chojnice.

Inowrocław

Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region

1)NORTHERN ZONE

The area is situated on the town’s outskirts in the vicinity of the glass factory, a petrol station, restaurant and allotments; it is situated near trunk road no. 25 adjacent to the following streets: Szosa Bydgoska, Równinna, Metalowców, Karola Libelta, Karola Marcinkowskiego and Towarowa. Area: ca. 20 ha. Allocation: trade, manufacture and services sector businesses. Utilities and infrastructure: water supply system with connections,  sewage system,  rainwater drain system, access roads plus pavement, lay-by and lighting. 

2)WESTERN ZONE

Undeveloped area located in the vicinity of Pakoska street near road no. 25 – Inowrocław – Żnin and next to the Inowrocław – Poznań main railway line, near company SOLINO S.A. and a liquid gas distribution plant. Area: ca. 8 ha. Allocation: services and industry. Utilities and infrastructure: power supply network, sewage system, rainwater drain system.

3)SOUTHERN ZONE

Undeveloped area located in southern part of the town at Deszczowa street situated near Municipal Waste Management Plant and the Power Plant. Area: ca. 4 ha. Allocation: industrial, manufacturing and service sector facilities, storehouses, wholesale outlets, administrative and welfare facilities, garages, car parks with accompanying greenery and required infrastructural equipment.  Utilities: sewage network, utility water drain system.

Kopytkowo

Pomeranian

Region

Investment Park Kopytkowo includes of approx.. 130 ha of industrial land located in poviat Smętowo Graniczne, nearby A1 highway junction. Park is dedicated to investment projects including production, services I warehousing. Available plots are included in current zoning plan.

Lipno

Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region

Investment area covers an area of 2.25 ha with the possibility to expand with the private area  of 4.56 ha . The plot is located next to on one of the main tracks, route no 10, connecting west Poland (Szczecin - 370 km) with Warsaw (160 km). This route connects also the town with the A1 motorway junction in Lubicz (Lodz - Gdańsk), a distance of 40 km. Another convenient connections is a No. 67 national route linking the northern part of the region with the southern hub "Pikutkowo" on the A1 motorway near Wloclawek. Through the Lipno also runs the railway line Torun - Nasielsk with the railway siding localized in Lipno.

Lubień Kujawski

Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region

The investment area is located in Kaliska in Lubien Kujawski municipality, district of Wloclawek, in the south - eastern part of the Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region. The investment area covers  ​​92.55 ha and it is owned by Lubien Kujawski Commune. The main advantage of area in a convenient connection to the network of national roads No. 91 and No. 92 and the A1 motorway (7 km from the " Kowal" motorway interchange ). The investment area is compact and flat with a valid Local Zoning Plan with purposes of production and service . Utility connections are located in the immediate vicinity of the investment area. The short distances and good communication links with major urban centres provide access to a wide labour market.

Prabuty 

Pomeranian Region

Industrial area of 16.2 ha, owned by the commune in Prabuty, 100 km from Gdansk, next to a railway siding. The area is covered by the local spatial development plan and has full technical infrastructure. Its merit lies in the flatness of the terrain, and also in the clean water and soil. The plot is accessible by a tarred communal road. According to the plan, there are no restrictions concerning construction and the height of structures.

Sępólno Krajeńskie

Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region

Investment area is located in the planned Industrial Park in Sępólno Krajeńskie - 7.520 ha with the possibility  to extend it to the adjacent land area of 5.2153 ha (owned by the Agricultural Property Agency) and neighbouring areas by private owners. This area is the subject of a project implemented within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region for the period 2007-2013 “a comprehensive technical utilities”.

The city is situated close the national road No 25, just 64 km from Bydgoszcz and 106 km from Toruń. A direct exit from the provincial road No. 241, a compact, flat area with applicable local zoning plan for purposes crafts. Infrastructure of this area will be completed with an access road, a draining rainwater system, connection points with the existing water, sewage, gas, energy systems.

Starogard Gdański

Pomeranian Region

Area of 6.2554 ha owned by the City of Starogard Gdanski. The plots are located close by Iwaszkiewicza Street. Located in one, serried, extended complex. Plots originated from the division plot No. 179/141, situated  on north- east from the city centre, between the Iwaszkiewicza Street, track and productive buildings by Zielona Street. A shape of complex is an irregular extended polygon, configuration of the area diversified. Areas of construction, wholesale trade, inventory management, with the admission of services; residential function acceptable exclusively in the form of flat integrally connected with conducted activity.

Starogard Gdański

Pomeranian Region

Area of 20,7528 ha owned by the Starogard Poviat, determined as industry and service area in the local spatial development plan; from the south bordering on transportation areas (the planned ring road of Starogard Gdański), from the east adjacent to railway areas of the Starogard Gdański – Skórcz connection, the remaining borders adjacent to the areas of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A.). The technical infrastructure is at some distance from the borders of the plot.

Advantages of the area include: location close to national road no. 22 and to railway siding as well as the arrangement signed by the Poviat Board with the Management Board of ZF Polpharma S.A. as regards use of the road on the plot to ensure possibility of transport to the investment plots.

Szubin

Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region

The investment area is situated in Kowalewo in the Szubin municipality (24 thousand inhabitants), district of Nakło, in the south-west part of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region. Total area of 126 ha. Designation of the area in local plan: production and warehousing activities, with possible commercial services. Owner of area is STATE TREASURY AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY AGENCY IN WARSAW and private entities. The terrain is slightly undulating. The plots are situated 6 km away south from Szubin, by the international road No 5 (E261) from Gdańsk through Bydgoszcz, Poznań, to Wrocław, which is destined to become a class S-5 express road.

The nearest highway is the A1 in Nowe Marzy (105km) and A2 in Poznań (114km). In a distance of 76 km there is Toruń. In a distance of 26 km away from Szubin Bydgoszcz is located with an international airport.

The seaports Gdańsk-Gdynia are located in a distance of 219 km.

Distance of the electric network or switchboard from the border of the parcel - power supply in the parcels.

Distance from the high pressure network (Natural gas) from the border of the zone - about 300 m.

Distance of the water network from the border of the parcel - about 300 m.

The distance of the sewage network - about 0,5 km.

Toruń  

Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region

The territory of the Municipal Commune of Toruń with the area of 23 ha, adjacent to the public road no. 91 heading towards Gdańsk, undeveloped, covered with grass, partly covered with broadleaved trees and shrubs, equipped with a water and sewage system.

In accordance with the local plan of spatial development the area is planned for services and production activity.
