Warsaw Industrial Park
GENERAL INFORMATION
Warsaw Industrial Park offers the rent of warehouses, office buildings, production facilities and laboratory premises. The total area offered to investors amounts to 11,400 m2.
The Park is a limited liabilty company set up in 1993. It is located in the Targówek district, and has easy access from ul. Radzymińska. The estate covers a 3.5 hectares and consists of 13 buildings, which are security-fenced, well lit and guarded round the clock.
INVESTORS
The Park's premises have been rented by over 40 Polish and foreign companies over the years, representing the production and the commercial sectors. The Park's advantage is the fact that it has good quality offices, warehouses and other areas all in one space. This enables various types of activities to be conducted and supports development by giving companies the possibility to increase the space or changing premises, according to their needs.
The Park's authorities are continuously improving the standards of the premises and their internal infrastructure. The estate has become more visibly more attractive from year to year.
SERVICES
In 2004 the Park has started its own Consulting Division, which covers:
- Outsourcing
- Real estates ( management, pre-development)
- Evaluation and development of industrial projects
- Capital investments
It is supplemented by an activity of its own Accounting Office, which renders accounting services to the Park's tenants as well as to customers located outside the WIP.
