Property Forum: Poland on the investment map
“Poland needs a culture of innovation; cumulative, high quality knowledge, tools for its processing and institutional protection”, declared experts at the Property Forum. The debate took place on 26 September in Warsaw.

Experts have attempted to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Poland as a location for investments - both foreign and Polish. They also pointed to the fundamental issue of stability as a key factor in investment decision making. They jointly agree that political stability, and above all, legal continuity are the most important. “Changing legal regulations is extremely painful for investors who are in the process of investment, as well as for those who have just spent their budget for the investment”, argued economist Janusz Jankowiak. (PAIiIZ)

B. Pawlak: “Our aim is to provide the same, high-quality support and the best environment, no matter if it is Polish or foreign investor”
