Atos Origin IT Services invests in Bydgoszcz.

The French Atos Origin IT Services will invest EUR 1.5 mln in Bydgoszcz where the company plans to develop an existing IT processes support centre which will offer advanced IT services to corporate and institutional clients. The project will generate 250 new jobs for Bydgoszcz specialists from the BPO sector.

The new Centre will offer services delivered according to the ITIL methodology, i.e. through the implementation of the best practices in the field of IT infrastructure management and the IT infrastructure adjustment to the constantly changing needs of business clients. Within the scope of the project, the company will be responsible for delivering IT services in the following fields:

- technical support in application processing procedures – the so called Service Desk
- monitoring of IT infrastructure (server, networks, data bases etc.) – the so called “Network Monitoring Centre”
- management of IT operations based on the company’s newest IT solutions, i.e. desktop management, server management, the management of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN), Security and Firewall Management and Application Management.
- IT advisory services.
